1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ph8, an online gaming platform operating under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player" or "you") and ph8 (hereinafter referred to as "ph8", "we", or "the platform").

• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Owning a bank card, e-wallet, or valid payment method registered in your own name.
• Has never had their account closed or suspended by ph8 for any breach of terms.

Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on ph8 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. ph8 reserves the right to reject registrations or close the account of any player who provides false or misleading information.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

8User Responsibilities & Conduct

Ph8 players are required to interact with the platform and fellow players in a responsible and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph8 platform:

• Using offensive, abusive, obscene, or threatening language on any ph8 communication channel.
• Attempting to cheat, defame, or manipulate other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ph8 to the public.
• Using the ph8 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers through dishonest means.

9ph8 Liability Limits

In all cases, ph8's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination & Suspension

Ph8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found. Account termination may be carried out in the following situations:

• Multiple account ownership by the same player.
• Identity verification failed or the player provided false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities, collusion, or money laundering.
